Josh Mayo and the House Sauce is a
musical group led by Virginia native Josh Mayo, a singer, songwriter, and performer who has been active in the Charlottesville music scene for over 20 years. The band is known for their energetic live performances in various venues throughout Central Virginia. 

The band’s musical style is influenced by a range of genres, and Mayo’s versatility allows him to perform both solo and with the full band. Their live shows incorporate elements of local music, which they’ve performed at venues like Vision BBQ, The Southern, and The Jefferson

In 2023, the band was featured on the radio station
106.1 The Corner for a “Local Lounge” session, where they discussed their formation and performed two songs live.

 Mayo has performed at a wide variety of local spots, from coffee shops to larger theaters, establishing himself as a fixture in the local music scene.
